Purchase Help

On iOS or Android, open Collection / Your Crew and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple or Google Play account you used to buy the character.

Restore recovers paid characters, not earned coins, scores or coin-unlocked characters. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google.

A pending payment or approval must complete before a character unlocks. If a paid character is missing, reconnect to the internet and try Restore Purchases before contacting support. You do not need to buy it again.

For support, include your app version/build above, device, OS version and what happened. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.
